I don’t have a before picture of this desk, but just imagine your standard little student desk in a dark stain. I picked it up on Craig’s list for next to nuthin. I got the accompanying chair from my favorite Goodwill store and paid $5 dollars. Got two of them too!
One coat of Paris Grey, a slight distress, put the original hardware back on, and we are good to go. It is so buttery soft, the ASCP sands down to a velvety texture, it is ahmazing.
And just so you have a place to “s’asseoir et apprendre” (sit and learn), here is “Le Chair”
Also done in Paris Grey, one coat, with a little humor added (in case you weren’t sure how to identify this particular piece of furniture)

That's how to make a boring desk and chair adorable! I would love for you to share it at my Restyled Sundays party going on now.
Love the desk and Le Chair. That will look so great in a child's room. Its so gorgeous, hopefully it will inspire someone to be very studious.
Love it! You are very creative with the “LE Chair” idea!
