I love those “What I wore Wednesday” posts. So many bloggers are so sharply dressed. I love cute outfits, and I do love to accessorize. But today I am keeping it real. This is pretty much what I wear EVERY SINGLE DAY, I do try to shower and put on “presentable” clothing before my children return from school, and husband from work. It doesn’t always work that way though…..
What I wore Tuesday: Overalls. These are new from my husband for Christmas. The old ones were so paint splattered they could have walked away on their own.
An old T-Shirt. It is getting warm here, so I have switched to short sleeves, like this free T my husband brought home from a conference. I have two of them!
These shoes. (Shannon, I am getting those work boots!)
However, my hair does look like this, I got it colored yesterday, AND I actually put on something presentable to celebrate my hair. It got “repinked”.
Oh I adore your confession (and pink hair) because I certainly have an embarrassing pair of “work” pants that my hubs hates! It’s a pair of black cutoff sweatpants that says “ROCKSTAR” on the butt. These were given to me at a yoga class by a friend while I was in college. While I don’t normally label my rear end they are exceptionally comfortable and hence why they are IN-HOUSE work pants. Covered in paint, ripped, and bedazzled. I do certainly feel like a rockstar when I finish some of my projects 😉

You are adorable! I too mostly wear paint splattered jeans and tees. As for shoes, it is usually flip flops in the summer and paint stained sneakers in the winter…

Those crocs look like they have their own story to tell! I am so not brave enough to pink my hair, but it sure looks cute on you girl!
You little cutie! Like you, my family knows if I wear certain things it means I’m working on a project, and likewise if I have styled hair and clean clothes they always ask “are you going somewhere?”. Sometimes I mess with them, get up, get dressed and styled, and don’t go anywhere or do anything!

I have serious hair envy!! I am a pink girl and consider myself to be pretty brave with colour when it comes to decorating, but I wish I could do that. It’s so adorable on you! Your crocs have real character.
Look how cute you are! That pink hair is awesome…25 years ago I would have pinked mine, but back then, we only had Kool-Aid to put in it. And that attracted bugs. Love the overalls, and thanks for linking up!
