Link Party #59, features and SHABBY APPLE GIVEAWAY

Uncategorized

Welcome to Link Party #59!!

THIS LINK PARTY IS NOW CLOSED

Today, you are in for a very special treat.ย  I am doing a giveaway for a gift certificate for $75 toย  Shabby Apple.ย  Have you seen their cute clothes around the blogosphere?ย  If not, then you are missing out.ย  Shabby Apple is a chic clothing company that offers cute, fun clothing for women, who want to to be hip andย  fashionable, but not look like they raided their daughter’s closet.ย  Shabby Apple has fun names for their clothing and outfits too.ย  Shabby Apple is a company that was started by women, and sells to women. Shabby Apple donates a percentage of their revenue to causes that benefit Women and Children.ย  So you can feel good about spending your money with them too.

Before we get going on the party, here is how to win your $75 gift certificate to Shabby Apple

You must TWO THINGS!!!!!

#1) Go to Shabby Apple at their Facebook Page and “Like” them.ย  You can do that RIGHT HERE

#2) Leave me a comment telling me which Shabby Apple dress or item is your favorite.

For extra chances to win, LIKE me on my Facebook page , come back here to comment that you did, or already do.

Follow me on Linky Tools, leave me a comment, letting me know that you did or already do.

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY

so sorry to my Canadian and overseas friends…..

AND after you have looked at Shabby Apple’s adorable clothing, you may want to buy something right now!ย  For this giveaway, Shabby Apple is offering my readers a 10% off coupon!!ย  All you have to do is enter BERG10 at the checkout.

Now let’s get to the features!!ย  There were so many fun outdoor projects, I am so inspired to go create some more outdoor things myself!

One more thing……..

I have to share this comment with you from reader Andrea at Queenbandme

“OH WOW!!! I loved the features!!! Good eye!! Well I just LOVE your blog and I LOVE Friday nights!”

And I love comments, thank you so much to everyone who participates in this weekly party, either by linking up, or by stopping by to check it out.ย  Thank you to you all.

Quirky Vistas showed the cutest outdoor dresser/planter, with the CUTEST knobs I have seen, and a fun post taking your through the process.

Betsy Spert showed the most adorable little footstool you will ever see.ย  I am wanting one JUST LIKE IT in my home.ย  She let’s us in a little secret of how to make the trim look perfectly professional too!

I love Mason Jars as lights, but I haven’t seen them done quite like this.ย  They are on a track light!ย  Decorate with a Little Bit shows us how to make one!

Do you have an old buffet with all this 1970’s scrolly detail on the front and you aren’t sure what to do with it?ย  I do!ย  Rustic Urban shows a way to completely transform it and give this piece an entirely updated, dressed down look.

I love to be surprised.ย  This piece from Primitive and Proper definitely surprised me.ย  A contemporary looking dresser, done in pink, and the legs looked like they were paint dipped, but they were taped off, and Cassie used “Rub n Buff”!ย  I am so in love with the finished product.

There is always something good going on at my friend Kelly’s blog at Eclectically Vintage.ย  She shares not only this adorable Garden Dresser, but also how to make one yourself.ย  And, she and her blogging posse did a really fun link party of all outdoor projects.ย  You must go check them out, they are amazing, and you will definitely be inspired.

And finally, since it is summer almost, and we tend to live outdoors a bit more, maybe our furniture should look like it too!ย  The Junktion gives a great tutorial on how to achieve the perfect “Weathered look”, and even a recipe for making your stain!!

Now for โ€œLe Rulesโ€

#1 Please be considerate and take a โ€œFridays at Redouxโ€ button from my BUTTONSย  page to display on your post that you are linking up here.ย  If you are just joining for the first time, you can go back and add edit an already published post and add link buttons.ย  Merci!

If you were featured this week, feel free to grab my โ€œCelebreโ€ Button from this page as well.

After you have linked up, please go visit my fantastic Friday Link Party friends.ย  They all have wonderful projects linked up that you may not see here, so be sure to hop on over.

Hi BFF! These features rock (and I’m not just saying that cause my planter dresser is one)!

Love the other dressers faucet knobs and Cassie’s dresser is amazing! I want to sneak over in the night and throw it in my car and peel out of the driveway like a mad woman!

Thanks for listening to my crazed rant!

So happy to be a “Celebre” here at REDOUX! Thanks so much for featuring my Rascal. He’s out there blushing over the attention you have lavished upon him. It’s a welcome encouragement as he’s been out in the rain still holding those flowers for me all week.

Thanks so much for hosting a party full of fun projects and doing all the work to shine the spotlight on those you feature!
