Was your week like this?  Blink and it’s gone?  Mine was!  But this time in a good way.  Instead of feeling like I was using every limb, finger and toe to finish projects, I finally got into the swing of things and am enjoying summer break!!!  I am still working away, but no where near the pace I had going.  Phew!  Time to relax and think about all the fabulous projects I saw!  You bloggers are better and better each week!

Let’s check out some of my favorites!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this project from my Friday Link party friends at The Picket Fence.  This was a plain, pretty much blah, had nothing going for it $2 box from the GoodWill.  With some paint, a cute graphic and some Mod Podge, Heather transformed it into this beautiful wine themed planter.  I would have never seen that from that box!

I love, no I LOVE this story from Domestic Imperfection.  You would not BELIEVE how many tries she had to go through to get her bed to this beautiful, ultra smooth white.  Failed Chalk Paint, failed spray paint, glaze gone wrong, wasps setting up a home in the holes of it, twice!!!  And a thunderstorm.  This girl deserves some love for the work that went into this piece!  It turned out beautifully.  I think I would have abandoned it at the Wasp stage.

When I saw this beautiful piece from Juniper and Roses, I knew I had to share it with you.  There are so many little details about this piece that I love. Head over to her blog to see it all, this piece has lots more than this picture shows!

I love clocks, especially unusual ones.  These “faux” clocks are so original, this girl is so talented!  Check out Ugly Duckling Transformations to see more of this kind of magic.

I love a good solid dresser makeover.  This dresser from Thrifty Inspirations is just that.  So cute, so pretty and so perfect.
