First things first. Thank you so much, SO MUCH! To all of you who said prayers, sent good thoughts, wrote such amazingly sweet notes regarding the loss of our good friend Byron. I am sorry if I was not able to answer all of them. There was such an outpouring of kindness, I was just overwhelmed with gratitude for how very sweet this blogosphere and group of creative people can be. I feel so honored and grateful to be among these ranks, and even more so, every week, when you share your beautiful talent with me.
I really do try to get to all the links, but this week, I am sorry if I didn’t. I looked at everything though I promise! Taking a week off, and heading into the holidays is a lot to juggle. So looking forward to a quite Tday this year.
Let’s get to the fun stuff now!
I love me a good buffet, and especially one that has a Frenchy feel to it. This is a waterfall style buffet, but the clever gal at Create Inspire just transformed it into a French Darling. Love the drawers!
Adventures in Creating shared this old industrial card file. It was really rusty and the paint was peeling. Time for a Redoux. She shares a great tip to get paint off metal, and a super smooth finish. Look how crisp and bright this looks now!
Want a quick way to add some Holiday Decor for cheap? I do! Vintage on a Dime shares the cutest and easiest little Redouxs I have seen. All with a roll of ribbon from Michaels. One of those, “why didn’t I think of that”!
I love a piece of furniture with a sense of humor. Furniture Reform School calls this one for “Elf Use Only”. It is adorable, it even has drawers lined with Christmas Sheet music.
I love to see a new idea for a great hostess gift. This is from Artsy VaVa. So easy! She took little stone tiles and created these beautiful coasters using nothing but paper dinner napkins and Mod Podge! I want to make a 100 of these!
I am loving the work from The Velvet Glove. She gives new meaning to the term “details make the difference”. She adds words and fun things to the sides of her drawers. This is the cutest lingerie chest I have ever seen. What a great way to wrap up this party!
Supplément! I am feeling like a broken record. PEASE TURN OFF WORD VERIFICATION!!! This is an evil tool that will prevent people from commenting on your blog. Your blog server already does a very good job of controlling SPAM. Please, please, please STOP! My over 40 eyes just can’t take it!

Thank you so much for featuring my coasters! As far as making 100 of them…it’s easy to do. It’s a quick project!
Great features! Your submissions for the party don’t start until Nov. 22nd. Silly. Hope you are recouping from the emotional roller coaster you go through when you lose someone. Been thinking about you. It’s just plain hard. Anyhoo, I’ll check back later to link up. Toodles, Kathryn @TheDedicatedHouse
