Really? Is it that time of the week again? It seems like we were just oooing and ahhing over the amazing projects from last week’s party! Time to check out this week’s amazing talent!
If you would love to see what I am sharing during the week, I would love for you to follow me on Facebook, or one of my social networking sites! You can find the buttons to the right. I am PINNING everything that is featured here too. So be sure to check out my Pinterest boards.
This first project is making my heart go swoon. I love layering paints, and I REALLY love it when I see someone else master it. This gorgeous Dresser from RPK Interiors is amazing. Love the detailed layers of color.
I love a good hack. Ikea seems to be the best to hack too because they have a lot of ready to assemble furniture that is actually real wood! I also happen to love little step stools. This is an adorable stool hack from Liz Marie Blog. It really looks like it came out of an old barn!
Of course I had to share this piece from Larissa at Prodigal Pieces. Anytime you want to share a good trash makeover, you climb the ranks to the likelihood of being featured. Junk to Junqe is my passion! This is two cabinet doors from an old Entertainment Center her neighbors were throwing out. Larissa transformed it to a towel rack! So easy, and so cute. Why would you throw away a good cabinet door ever again?
I love Chicken Wire made into new things. I really love old junque added to Chicken Wire to make new things. Patti at Old Things New shares how to make Chicken Wire Cloches with odds and ends and cool little scraps of things. Really such a fun project. I definitely need to try this out!
This is definitely Junk Lovers week! This is an old dresser turned book shelf from Dorothy Sue and Millie B’s too. I love finding new uses for old dressers that are without their drawers! Don’t throw them out if the frame is still good!
This is a totally out of the box project, but you wouldn’t think it just looking at it. Look closely. This is actually one half of a library desk! Jill from Weathered Pieces really had her heart set on a library table, but they were way out of her budget. Then she spied this table that had been split in two! She painted one for herself and one for sale!
Be still my Francophile metallic loving heart!! This Gold Dipped French Style Dresser from Faded Furnishings is DA BOMB! And the finale of today’s link party. Nuf Said. This dresser speaks for itself. I only hope to achieve something this cool someday. Sigh.
