Redouxinteriors Link Party (October 31st!) #128 and Les Features!

Uncategorized

Happy Halloween and Happy Fall!  It has finally cooled off in my part of the world, and I am feeling ready for all things Fall.  Actually, I am so done with Halloween, (don’t read this Suffering Husband) I am ready to start working on Christmas!!

What I am really looking forward to is seeing all your fabulous talent shared here.  Here are some of the projects that  I am featuring this week.  Remember, I am Pinning ALL the features on my REDOUX FEATURES Pinterest board!  If you would like to see more, like me on FB, where I share other blogger’s fabulous posts and updates on my projects.  PLEASE PIN from the original site, or you can pin from the Pinterest board.  All pins are linked back to the original blogger.

Trick or Treat.  I say let’s get to the treats!

Have you seen this treat???? Create Inspire restored the most unusual and gorgeous vanity I have ever seen. What a treat!

You are in a for a big treat if you have not yet discovered Angie from Knick of Time.  I LOVE her blog.  All things vintage, fabulous junk makeovers, and she even has a wonderful link party every Tuesday and a fabulous junk link party with other great bloggers is going on right now!  I have yet to meet something she has repurposed that I don’t just ooo and ahh over.  This is one of my favorites.  A Book Coat Rack!  Angie shares exactly how to make one yourself too.  She is very good about sharing!

My friend and her husband from SaltAire Restoration come up with the most amazing creations.  This toy chest is custom made, with rope pulls for hinges, and the panels have CeCe Caldwell’s Beckley Coal for the panels!!  If I had little toys around here, I would be getting one of these.  So cute!

Love this Cornbread Yellow cabinet and the little birdies on a wire added from My Painted Stuff.  Check out the before to appreciate the after!

I adore a good reupholstery project.  From Thrifty Treasures, she breaks it down how to do a chair like this.  Great tutorial, can’t wait to get started on my next project and some fabric.  Love the new paint finish too.

I just love a sewing table makeover.  There are endless options.  This is especially cute with the mismatched knobs and contrasting drawers.  From Spittin Toad.

I saw this fun desk set on Roadkill Rescue, so thrilled it was linked up here.  Nicer than New said she just can’t turn down free furniture, even if she doesn’t need it (I know no one like this….).  She gave it new life in these cool Orange and Grey Stripes for one of her Great Nephews.  Love it!

Thank you for sharing your talents! Be sure to check out my Pinterest Board Redoux Features for all the features from my party, including today’s!

Haha! I’m usually so done with Halloween way before it comes….yet I love soft and subtle fall until Thanksgiving. So much so that I have a major conflict with wanting to start Christmas and still enjoy all things Thanksgiving right up through Thanksgiving. Such a decorating tension. 🙂 Really…Thanksgiving is a great holiday. It seems to get mooshed right into Christmas. Christmas is my favorite, though…hands down.

Great features today Karen! Gotta love the creativity of the book rack especially!!

I know – so ready for sparkly lights and white.
I want to put some dried gourds out for fall, but I’m tempted to put glitter on them.. Tis the season I guess.
    Thanks for the party!
