Happy almost Thanksgiving and the official start to the holidays! I know we will all be busy soon (if not already), but just in case you feel like taking on some DIY projects…..I have a few really awesome ones to share with you, plus some fabulous Redouxs.

Let’s get to those features:
I think lamp makeovers, and especially lamp shades, are one of my favorite Redoux projects. This lampshade makeover from The Moon and Me is genius! Kelly took a bunch of images from and traced them onto the lampshade, using a sharpie!!! I would have never thought to do something like that. You have to see her post for the full tutorial, it is FAB.
Love a good upholstery makeover, especially if it is a French style chair! From Junk 2 Jewels, she did a fantastic job making it over from the frumpy fabric it had on it before!
That uber talented Elisha from Pneumatic Addict is at it again! She shares the most amazing tutorial on how to get a rusted brass, chippy look. You have to see her tutorial, is way easier than I thought! So clever, I would have never figured this out on my own. Seriously, can you believe that is just paint?
Lori from Thee Velvet Glove has another amazing creation. This completely patriotic desk. And she used several different American Made Paints, including my fave, CeCe Caldwells! Now that is my idea of Liberty and Justice for all in the paint world. Which happens to be what she named this amazing piece!
I love a good chippy finish, and I love this gorgeous Mustard colored dresser from Leilouta.
And to wrap it up, check out this gorgeous $8 thrift store chandelier makeover from What Meegan Makes! You have to go see the before and the clever additions she added from the dollar store!
